Serena Fall is a Senior UX Researcher at Capgemini since 2023 and has been pursuing a PhD in Sociology at Stockholm University since 2017. They completed a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree at Università degli Studi di Firenze, along with an exchange study program at Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa. Additionally, Serena participated in a summer school at the University of Amsterdam in 2018.
