Shara Tidwell

Shara Tidwell, PMP, has extensive experience in quality assurance, testing processes, and project management, currently serving as a Manager at Capgemini since January 2014. In this role, Shara assesses clients' quality assurance and testing standards, recommending process improvements and best practices. Previously, Shara worked as a Project Manager at A Work of Art, where operations research and quality audits were conducted to enhance resource management and supply chain activities. Shara's long tenure at Nokia included positions as IT Quality Assurance Manager and Process Analyst, where significant contributions were made to establish and manage the Quality Assurance department across the Americas and develop global testing methodologies. Additionally, Shara has experience as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Sprint Nextel and as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Tandy Information Services, focusing on application testing and quality assurance processes. Education was completed at Tarrant County College.
