Shardul Sinha is a Change Consultant at Capgemini in the Europe BU, where they work in a dynamic team to drive business transformation for global clients, currently focusing on a major FMCG client. They completed an MBA in Human Resource Management from IIM Indore and hold a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from NIT Allahabad. Previously, Shardul gained diverse experience in account management, marketing, and HR, including roles as a junior account manager at a graphic design startup and a marketing manager at TalentServe, where they developed a Go-To-Market strategy. They are passionate about large-scale transformation projects and continue to expand their skills in this area.
