Shawn Brodersen

Shawn Brodersen serves as the Americas Business Executive Sponsor for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion and the Executive Vice President, Head of SAP for the Americas SBU at Capgemini since October 2022. Prior to this, Shawn held various senior leadership roles at HCL Technologies from March 2012 to October 2022, including Senior Vice President Digital Business and Global Leader for SAP and Microsoft Biz Apps. Shawn's background also includes significant positions at HCL AXON, Feanix, and BearingPoint, with expertise in enterprise applications and industry solutions across sectors such as aerospace, defense, and public services. Shawn holds a Master of Science in Technology Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Eastern Connecticut State University.
