Shawn Elko is a Lead Business Architect with extensive experience in business process management systems and a strong focus on client solutions. Presently employed at Capgemini, Shawn leads meetings, captures business artifacts, and designs deliverables to ensure the success of projects. Previous roles include Business Architect and Scrum Master at EY, and an Instructional Tutor at the Accelerated Learning Center. With certifications in Business, Systems, and DCO Architecture and as a Scrum Master, Shawn has developed a reputation for empowering stakeholders and delivering high-quality results throughout their career. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Pure Mathematics from UNC Asheville and ongoing certifications at Orison IT.
