Sheila Pascon is a Product Owner with nearly 30 years of experience in the financial and automotive sectors. Currently, they are involved in a high-visibility project focused on vehicle connectivity. Previously, Sheila held various roles including systems analyst and project manager at major banking institutions, where they led teams, managed project conflicts, and facilitated requirements gathering. Additionally, they were an entrepreneur, creating a brand of handmade notebooks and conducting workshops.
