Simon Weeks

Simon Weeks is a seasoned Project and Programme Management professional currently serving as the Programme Director at Capgemini, having led major programmes and project management teams within the Government Outsourcing business unit since 1998. They possess extensive experience in Transformation, IT Consulting, Infrastructure Design and Build, and Systems Integration across various sectors, including Public Sector, Telecoms, Media, and Commodity Trading, along with a background in IT services for the military aerospace industry. Prior to Capgemini, Simon held roles as an I.T. Manager at Cargill and a Project Manager at BAE Systems Information Technology, following their initial position as a Systems Analyst at Rolls-Royce. They are also pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Portsmouth and studied at Portsmouth Polytechnic.
