Simona Iacob

Simona Iacob (Vasiliu) is currently an FPIA consultant C2C at Capgemini and has a strong background in project and change management, complemented by certification as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. Previously, Simona held various roles at Genpact, where responsibilities included process management, project implementation, and accounts receivable oversight, contributing significantly to the automation of cash application processes. With a rich educational foundation from Academia de Studii Economice din București, Simona earned three degrees, including two master's degrees in Accounting and Health Care Management. Their diverse experiences have strengthened communication skills and a global network, enhancing collaboration across different cultures.
