Simran Mehrotra is a dedicated professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Capgemini since 2020. Previously, Simran gained experience as an HR Summer Intern at Capgemini Insights & Data in 2019, where they executed several People Analytics projects. As a co-founder of Talking Pots from 2014 to 2017, Simran contributed to a social entrepreneurial venture aimed at empowering underprivileged women. Simran holds an MBA in Human Resource Management from the Xavier Institute of Management and a BBA in Marketing from St. Xavier's College, Kolkata.
