Smita Patange is a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition, currently serving as a Consultant at Capgemini since July 2022. Prior to this, Smita worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Merit Data & Technology for one year and as a Senior HR Executive at SmartConnect Technologies for nearly three years. Earlier career experience includes a role as a Consultant at Magna Infotech for one year and as a Consulting Executive at Abyss & Horizon Consulting Pvt Ltd in Mumbai. Smita's expertise encompasses the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting initial interviews and maintaining candidate databases. Smita holds a Master in Management Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management from the University of Mumbai and a Bachelor of Commerce from North Maharashtra University.
