Sofía Mora Gomez is a Business Administrator with two years of experience in project management, team leadership, data analysis, and process development within the financial and energy sectors. Currently serving as a Project Manager in the RCTO office at Capgemini, they manage critical technology projects across multiple countries in Latin America. Sofía has acquired expertise in Big Data, Power BI, agile methodologies, and customer experience management through various roles including fraud analyst and process analyst. They hold a diploma in Big Data for Decision Making from Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where they also received their degree in Business Administration.
