Sonali Bhelekar possesses a diverse background in business strategy and client management, with significant experience across multiple organizations. Beginning a career at BLFT Advisors in 2020 as a Growth and Strategy professional, Sonali conducted primary research, developed pitch decks, and engaged with founders to understand business challenges. After a role as Associate Relationship Manager at IIFL Securities, where strong customer relationships were prioritized, Sonali transitioned to Indika AI as a Founder's Office Associate. Currently serving as a Consultant at Capgemini since July 2024, Sonali continues to build expertise in the field.
