Srividhya (Vidya) Sireesh is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in service delivery and cloud infrastructure. Currently serving as Vice President of Delivery Performance at Capgemini, Vidya also plays a key role as a core member on Sustainability initiatives within the CG Group. Prior to this, Vidya held the position of Executive Director and Global Delivery Partner Executive at Kyndryl, focusing on service delivery leadership. Vidya's early career included roles as a Software Engineer - Trainee at DBSS and as an Electrical Engineer - Trainee at Kone.
