Stefan Steidle

Stefan Steidle is the IT Transformation Director for Digital Manufacturing at Capgemini, a role they have held since April 2020. Their career began in 2006 when they joined Altran as a consultant, transitioning from aerospace to the automotive industry while developing expertise in IT, logistics, manufacturing, and after-sales services. Stefan held various positions at Altran, including Business Manager and Technical Unit Manager, ultimately leading teams in Smart Factory and IoT. In addition to their role at Capgemini, they have been the owner of Rösterei Bohnenschmiede since 2014. Stefan obtained a Diplom in Mechanical Engineering from Technische Universität München in 2006.
