Stephan Paolini

Stephan Paolini is a Global Client Partner and Executive Vice-President at Capgemini, drawing on a rich background in consulting and change management. After earning an MBA from EPSCI - Groupe ESSEC, they developed expertise in high technology groups such as Alcatel and Sagem, and later created a "commercial excellence" activity at Bossard Consultants. Following the merger of Capgemini and Ernst & Young, they led a large team in Strategy, Marketing & Sales, driving several business transformation projects. They also co-founded OSE Consulting, serving as a Senior Partner before returning to Capgemini, where they focus on people and performance challenges in the evolving business landscape.
