Steven Lardner

Steven Lardner is an experienced Management Consultant currently serving as the Global Culture & Organisational Development Lead at Capgemini. With a strong background in delivering organisational change within the Financial Services and Utilities sectors, they have also held roles as a Project Analyst at FDM Group and IT Consultant at Direct Line Group and Barclays Corporate Banking. Steven has been a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Invent since 2015, following their earlier experience at FDM Group. They earned a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) from The University of Manchester.
