Sudhakar M has extensive experience in project and resource management, having worked in various capacities across reputable organizations. At Cognizant, from January 2019 to December 2021, Sudhakar managed the complete Project Management Operations for ASEAN BFS & Insurance Accounts and oversaw workforce management for APAC countries. Following this, Sudhakar served as Manager at HCL Technologies, focusing on resource management, before transitioning to Capgemini as Manager RMG, where the current role involves workforce management. Earlier career experience includes a position as Backend Process Executive at Citifinancial Consumer Finance India Ltd, handling cash and cheque payment management. Academically, Sudhakar holds a B.Com (CS) degree from the University of Madras and completed secondary education at Ellen Sharma HR Sec School.
