Sumanta Das has extensive experience in the business process outsourcing and management sectors, with a career spanning over a decade. Beginning at Acclaris as a B.P.O from 2010 to 2015, Sumanta later joined GENPACT, serving as a Lead Management Trainee and subsequently as a Process Developer from August 2021 to May 2023. Currently, Sumanta holds the position of Process Lead at Capgemini, starting in May 2023. Sumanta completed a Chartered Financial Analyst degree in Accounting and Finance from The ICFAI University in Tripura.
