Sumit Pal

Sumit Pal is currently a Data Scientist at Capgemini, where they apply their expertise in data analysis and predictive maintenance. They previously served as a Consultant Data Scientist after working as a Researcher at Tata Steel and held various summer trainee positions, including at Nettech Private Limited and Simoco Telecommunications. Sumit also gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at the Indian Institute of Engineering Science and Technology (IIEST), Shibpur. They hold a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and have completed a Master’s in Information Technology from IIEST.
