Surabhi

Surabhi MS is a Consultant at Capgemini since January 2025, currently involved in the development of a conversational AI telecom bot utilizing Dialogflow CX and Node.js for API implementation. Previously, Surabhi held positions as a Digital Marketing Intern at Mirosi, where the focus was on increasing social following and customer numbers, and as a System Engineer at iNextLabs, specializing in chatbot development with Microsoft bots. Additionally, Surabhi worked as a Junior Software Engineer at Miratech, where the role involved developing automated solutions for call center operations using the Azure Bot Framework, as well as training language understanding models on Azure CLU. Surabhi holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Mercy College, Palakkad, and a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Cochin University of Science and Technology, completed between 2018 and 2021.
