Surojit Roy

Surojit Roy has extensive experience in the life sciences and retail sectors, currently serving as Group Client Partner at Capgemini since November 2014, with roles including Head of Business Development and Sales Leader. Prior to Capgemini, Surojit worked at Tata Consultancy Services from 2005 to 2014, where positions included Client Partner for Strategic Accounts in the Retail Unit and Senior Client Relationship Manager, focusing on retail IT and supply chain management. Surojit has led various transformational initiatives and managed global teams across multiple regions. Educational credentials include an FAA Private Pilot degree from FCA Massachusetts, an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT Sloan School of Management, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Institute of Engineering and Technology, India, among others.
