Suzy Style is currently the UK Head of Early Careers Talent Acquisition at Capgemini, where they lead innovative recruitment strategies for early talent across multiple sectors. Previously, they served as a Talent Acquisition Director at bp, managing global hiring for the Downstream segment and winning numerous awards for excellence in early careers recruitment. Before that, Suzy held the position of Recruitment Director for Accenture in the UK and Ireland, overseeing recruitment activities across a large team. Suzy earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Birmingham.
