Swarnava Mukherjee

Swarnava Mukherjee is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in marketing and operations management. Currently serving as Operations Manager for the Americas - Content & Communication at Capgemini since March 2024, Swarnava previously held various roles at Usha Martin Technologies from April 2012 to March 2024, including Manager and Associate Manager in Marketing & Alliance, where responsibilities included overseeing communications for the Technology wing and developing go-to-market strategies. Before that, Swarnava gained foundational experience as a Marketing Executive at Ushacomm from July 2009 to March 2012, focusing on vendor management and lead generation through digital channels. Swarnava holds an MBA in Marketing from West Bengal University of Technology, obtained between 2007 and 2009.
