Syed Ehsan is an Agile Delivery Consultant and Certified Scrum Master (CSM®) with over five years of experience in facilitating enterprise-scale Agile transformations. Currently serving as a Consultant and Scrum Master at Capgemini, they lead multi-location Scrum teams and champion Agile best practices. Previously, Syed worked as a QA Engineer and Scrum Master at Twerlo, where they honed their skills in quality analysis and chatbot development. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science from KNS Institute of Technology.
