Tanja Schmidt

Tanja Schmidt has extensive experience in management and consulting roles across various organizations. Beginning as an Account Manager at Financial Life Media, Tanja transitioned to an Inhouse Consultant at Alte Leipziger Lebensversicherung a.G. After accumulating expertise, Tanja joined Accenture as a Senior Business Consultant, focusing on requirements engineering for financial services. Subsequent positions included Senior Managing Consultant and Associate Partner at IBM, leading business development and post-merger integrations. Most recently, Tanja served as the People Unit Manager for Capgemini, overseeing approximately 200 employees, and as the Sector Lead for Proposal and Contract Management at IT Dienstleistungszentrum Berlin, where responsibilities included designing IT services and managing contract negotiations for the federal state of Berlin.
