Tarquin Bellinger

Tarquin Bellinger is an experienced executive in the IT and cloud infrastructure sectors, currently serving as Vice President and Head of Delivery for Cloud Infrastructure Services ANZ at Capgemini since September 2025. Prior to this role, Tarquin held the position of Senior Vice President for Managed Service Delivery at NTT Ltd., where leadership was provided to a team of 1,100 professionals delivering managed IT services and security outcomes across Australia, New Zealand, and India. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and General Manager at Harbour MSP, General Manager of Operations at Rackspace Managed Hosting, Sales Director at BT, and Senior Vice President for Enterprise Markets at Cable & Wireless Communications. Tarquin holds a Masters of Management Science from London Business School and a degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Auckland.
