Tineke Meints

Tineke Meints is the CHRO at Capgemini The Netherlands and a member of SER Topvrouwen. With extensive experience in human resources, Tineke previously held various leadership roles at Randstad Groep Nederland, including Directeur HR for both the Randstad Nederland and the Yacht Group. Tineke's background includes project management and founding a joint venture at Teamleiders.nu, as well as a consultative role at Randstad Callflex. Tineke holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics and Law from Saxion Hogescholen and has completed multiple advanced programs in business and change management.
