Tiphaine Pearson is currently the Head of Innovation for the Business Unit Public & Services at Capgemini France, where they lead efforts to drive client growth through technology. Previously, Tiphaine held significant roles at Atos, including Global Head of Client Innovation and Chief of Staff for the Chief Digital & Transformation Officer, alongside serving as the Head of the Corporate Business Technology & Innovation Centre. Their earlier experience includes being a Change Manager at Airbus Group and Director of Strategy and Business Development at BETTER HUMAN Cie.
