Tom Crapper

Tom Crapper is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both military and corporate sectors. Serving in the British Army from 1993 to 2010 as a Lieutenant Colonel, Tom transitioned to various leadership roles in the business world. Currently, Tom holds the position of Senior Director at Capgemini, leading technology and business transformation initiatives in the Insurance and Financial Services practice. Previous roles include Management Consultant at KPMG UK, Chief Information Officer at Baobab Development, and Director at Artefact, where Tom set up the UK Insurance practice. Additional experience includes Chief Operating Officer at DigiDisruptor, Co-Founder of vTogether, and Senior Vice President at WNS Global Services. Tom's academic foundation includes an MSc in Information System Design from Cranfield University and a BEng in Electronic Engineering from Bangor University, complemented by a Queen's Commission from the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
