Tushar Sharda

Tushar Sharda is currently a Manager at Capgemini, where they support pre-sales initiatives, reporting, and people management. Tushar earned an MBA with a focus in Operations from the Department of Management Studies at IIT Delhi and holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from NIT Durgapur. Prior to their current role, Tushar gathered extensive experience in sales within the Construction Equipment industry while working at Gainwell CAT. During their time at IIT Delhi, Tushar was an Executive Member of the Cultural Affairs Committee, successfully organizing a large-scale annual management and cultural fest.
