Tutu Ariyo, ICF-ACC, is an Executive and Leadership Coach specializing in transforming feedback culture and team dynamics. Currently self-employed, Tutu provides 1:1 coaching to professional women and leaders navigating career transitions while also working as a Scrum Master and Agile Coach at Capgemini. With a background that includes roles such as Quality Assurance Manager at UAC of Nigeria Plc and leadership positions in various organizations, Tutu has a proven track record in enhancing team performance and organizational effectiveness. They are also the author of "50 Letters to My Younger Self" and a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. Tutu is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Olabisi Onabanjo University.
