Vicent Rico

Vicent Rico is the Head of Microsoft CX Spain at Capgemini, where they oversee the customer experience in the region. Their prior experience includes roles as a DCX Solution Architect at Capgemini and a Customer Experience Lead at NEORIS, managing teams across multiple countries and enhancing CRM solutions. Vicent co-founded Sudoku Innovation, served as a CTO, and has substantial expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure IoT consulting. They hold a Master’s degree in Electronics and Automation Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de València and completed further studies at City University London.
