Vishal Arora

Vishal Arora serves as a Managing Partner at VDOSH since April 2016 and holds the position of Senior Director for Quality Engineering and Digital Transformation at Capgemini since January 2022. In addition to these roles, Vishal is a Mentor at Alchemist Accelerator and has a prior tenure as a Business & Technology Executive at Accenture from March 2015 to January 2022. Previous experience includes leadership positions at Condusiv Technologies, Mitchell International, Symantec Corporation, and Avanade, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance and software engineering. Vishal began a career at Microsoft from October 2002 to November 2008, contributing to various projects in software design and engineering testing. Academically, Vishal holds an Executive MBA from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management, and advanced degrees in Computer Science from New York Institute of Technology and Nagpur University, alongside a Technical Management Program certification from UCLA.
