Werner Meeus, CISSP, is an IT security practitioner with over 20 years of experience in various security roles within large institutions across Europe. Currently serving as the Practice Lead Cyber and Principal Consultant Cyber at Capgemini, Werner has previously held positions including Head of Cyber Group at Thales and Security Architect at Bull. As a member of the Board of Advisors for (ISC)² Chapter Belux since 2018, Werner provides risk assessments and security advisories to demanding customers, leveraging a broad and deep knowledge of IT information security. Known for their pragmatism, attention to detail, and strong management skills, Werner has developed a diverse perspective through their extensive experience across technical, consulting, and governance roles.
