Will Postle

Will Postle is currently the Associate Director of Product & Systems Engineering at Capgemini, where they design and develop consumer and medical products, leading global, multi-disciplinary teams to understand needs and create meaningful solutions. Previously, they held various engineering and design roles at Dyson and served as Development Director at Design + Industry. Will has also worked as a Design & Entrepreneurship Leader at IDE Group. They earned a BA Hons in Industrial Design and Technology from Brunel University of London and have pursued further studies in Product Design at San Francisco State University.
