Xavier Hochet is the Managing Director of Business Services Europe at Capgemini, where they lead client relationships at the CXO level and oversee business expansion in the region. Previously, Xavier held various leadership roles within Capgemini, including CEO of Capgemini Consulting France and CEO of Global Capgemini Consulting, where they developed the management consulting business globally and managed a team of over 4,000 professionals. Their extensive experience also includes positions as Head of Banking Strategy and Business Services Head of Transformation and Strategy, where they focused on strategic transformation initiatives. Prior to joining Capgemini, Xavier built a successful career as a management consultant, becoming Vice President by 1998.
