Rakesh Kumar

Rakesh Kumar is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth and strategy across various sectors. Currently serving as Director of Growth at CAPGRID since December 2021, Rakesh previously held the position of Associate Director of Growth at the same company. Prior to that, Rakesh was Manager of Corporate Strategy at CarDekho, where key achievements included managing the P&L for the B2B enterprise business and achieving a significant revenue growth of 110% in FY 2020-21. Rakesh also has experience as Head of Business Growth at GetWork, the largest early talent recruiting platform, and as Sales and Marketing Manager at RedCarpetUp.com. Rakesh began a career in R&D at Pepsico, where involvement in diverse projects on dispensing machines took place. Rakesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering from Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology, completed in 2015.
