Naween Kumar

Naween Kumar has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2009, they worked as a Manager of Cost Research at Tata Steel. Naween then moved on to Indus Towers Limited in 2010, where they held the position of Business Analyst. From 2010 to 2016, Naween worked at EY, starting as a Consultant and progressing to the role of Manager. During their time at EY, they focused on projects related to operational effectiveness, process improvement, demand estimation, and resource efficiency. In 2016, they joined Jet Airways as a Deputy General Manager and later became the General Manager of Inflight Services. At Jet Airways, they were responsible for functions such as Crew Rostering, Recruitment, Inflight Finance, and regulatory compliance. In 2019, Naween worked at KPMG India as an Associate Director. Naween then moved to GoAir in 2020 as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer. Currently, Naween is working at Capillary Technologies, where they have held roles such as Director of Delivery and Operations, Chief of Staff, and currently serves as the Head of Operations.

Naween Kumar completed an Integrated M.Sc. in Mathematics and Computing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2002 to 2007. Naween then pursued an MBA in Finance & Marketing from XLRI Jamshedpur between 2007 and 2009. Prior to their higher education, they attended St. Xavier's School Bokaro from 1989 to 2001. Additionally, Naween obtained certifications in various fields, including Applied Data Science, IBM Data Science, Machine Learning with Python, and Python for Data Science and AI from Coursera. Naween also obtained a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in December 2020.
