Sweta Sharma, CLMP™, has extensive work experience in customer success and sales. Sweta is currently the Director of Customer Success at Capillary Technologies, where they have been since 2021. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Customer Success at Noticeboard from 2019 to 2021, and at Wooqer from 2018 to 2019. Before transitioning to customer success roles, Sweta worked as the Regional Head (Sales & Distribution) at Deem Finance from 2014 to 2018. Sweta also held the position of Manager - Loyalty & Referral Program at Lodha Group from 2012 to 2014. Sweta started their career as a Project Engineer (Instrumentation) at Mangalore Refinery & Petrochemicals LTD - India from 2009 to 2011.
Sweta Sharma, CLMP™, obtained an Online Executive Certificate in Digital Marketing and Analytics from the Indian School of Business in 2022. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) in Marketing/Marketing Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research, as well as a B.Tech in Instrumentation Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology. Sweta also holds additional certifications, including a Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) from The Loyalty Academy and a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from KPMG India.
