Tim Sullivan

Tim Sullivan serves as an Advisor at Capillary Technologies and as a member of the Advisory Board at Bonafide, both since 2024. Previously, Tim held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Kognitiv Corporation from January 2023 until its acquisition by Capillary Technologies in May 2025. Tim's extensive experience includes over 13 years at Cendyn, where roles included CEO & President, Board Advisor, and Chief Revenue Officer, significantly contributing to revenue growth, digital transformation, and successful M&A activities. Tim also founded Godengo, a SaaS company that merged with Texterity, and held senior marketing positions at NTT Communications and Verio, contributing to substantial business growth and strategic initiatives. Tim's early career began as Vice President of Web Development at Communique, Inc. and as Principal and Lead Web Developer at The New Orleans Connection. Tim holds a degree from Louisiana State University.
