Tracy Kidd is a hospitality industry veteran with over 20 years of experience in corporate and incentive group travel, currently serving as the Director of Global Sales, Midwest at AIC Hotel Group. Tracy has built longstanding relationships and possesses a strong understanding of local, domestic, and international markets, particularly in the Caribbean, Central America, and North America. They have successfully negotiated multi-million dollar accounts and have extensive experience in proposal development, site selection, and operations for large-scale corporate events. Tracy's previous roles include Director of Sales for Palace Resorts and National Sales Manager for Baha Mar Resort Services. Currently, Tracy is pursuing a degree in English at Drake University.
