Joy Chen is an accomplished product leader with extensive experience in product management, growth strategies, and innovation across various industries. Currently serving as the VP of Product at CapIntel, Joy leads multiple teams including Product Management, AI/ML, Product Marketing, and Solution Architecture. Previous roles include VP of Product at Beyond Identity, where Joy oversaw the development of new product lines including AI security tools and platforms, and Head of Growth Products at GlossGenius, driving significant revenue growth through innovative fintech solutions. Joy has also held positions at Bessemer Venture Partners and Udemy, where Joy led successful product launches in international markets. Joy holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Government with a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College.
