Dan Smith has extensive work experience as the CEO of Capsim Management Simulations Inc., where they founded, built, and operated the business since 1985. Additionally, they served as a Visiting Professor at DePaul University from 1996 to 2006.

Dan Smith attended Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management from 1983 to 1985, where they earned a Master's degree in Management.
