Denitza Voltz

Denitza Voltz has a diverse work experience in various HR roles. Denitza is currently the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Capsim Management Simulations, Inc., where they are responsible for strengthening the company culture and ensuring a world-class work environment. Previously, they worked as a Human Resources Manager at Cintas, where they managed employee relations, recruitment, leadership development, and community outreach. Denitza also gained experience as a Human Resources Assistant at Capsim Management Simulations Inc. and as an Associate Consultant at Capgemini. Additionally, they worked as a Technician and Student Assistant/Secretary at the Brown Technology Resources Center at Lake Forest College. Denitza also completed a Human Resources Internship at Chipita SA.

Denitza Voltz completed their high school education at Wayland Academy from 2004 to 2007. Denitza then pursued a Bachelor's degree at Lake Forest College from 2007 to 2011, majoring in Spanish, International Relations, Sociology & Anthropology. Following that, they obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources (MSHR) from DePaul University from 2011 to 2013.
