Tzippy Rav-Noy is the Co-Founder of Capit Learning. Tzippy has over 20 years of experience in education, with a focus on Jewish Studies. Tzippy has served as a teacher, director, and principal at various institutions.

Tzippy began their career as a Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher at Cheder Lubavitch Hebrew Day School. Tzippy then became the Director of Jewish Studies at Happy Kids Early Childhood Center. In 1999, they became the Program Director at Jewish Learning Academy, where they worked for 14 years. In 2013, they became the Principal at Bais Rebbe Junior High, and they held this position for two years.

In their current role as Co-Founder of Capit Learning, Tzippy is committed to providing affordable, quality education to all students.

Tzippy Rav-Noy attended Harvard Graduate School of Education, where they studied the art and craft of principalship. Tzippy has since worked as a principal in a number of schools, using their knowledge to improve education for their students.
