Alexandra Bee

Alexandra Bee has extensive experience in communications and human resources, currently serving as Head of Operational Communications for Global Delivery at Capita since October 2019, alongside roles such as Co-Chair of the Wellbeing Employee Network Group and Senior Communications Manager. Prior to Capita, Alexandra held positions at Liberty House Group as Internal Communications Manager for Liberty Steel UK and at Tata Steel as Internal Communications Business Partner. Alexandra's career began at Corus Engineering Steels, where responsibilities included HR Business Partner and HR Graduate. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Business Studies from The University of Sheffield, a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel and Development from University Centre Doncaster, and a Diploma in Practical Employment Law from Cardiff Law School.
