Clare Connor has extensive experience in resource planning and complaints management within the financial services sector. Since April 2008, Clare has served as Portfolio Head of Complaints at Capita, leading up to 150 complaint handlers across seven UK locations while ensuring compliance and maintaining client relationships with five high-profile financial services providers. Prior to this role, Clare worked as Operations Resource Planning Manager at Capita, overseeing central planning for back office operations and recruitment activities. From September 1998 to March 2008, Clare held multiple positions at Prudential Assurance, including Operations Resource Planning Manager, where responsibilities involved developing People Plans and managing resource deployment to support operational transformations.
