David Hook Cbe

David Hook CBE serves as the Managing Director of the Capita Defence Training Team Fisher, leading a consortium responsible for delivering Project Selborne for the Royal Navy since July 2020. With an extensive background in defense and national preparedness, David also owns H4 Consultants Ltd and has held several leadership roles, including Trustee at Future for Heroes (2014-2023) and Non-Executive Director at GGR Training Ltd and a multinational defense company. Additionally, David has acted as an Independent Advisor to Sellafield Ltd and the UK Ministry of Defence, while mentoring senior military officers. Other positions include Executive Director for the Royal Marines Business Liaison Group and Senior Military Advisor for Transparency International's Defence and Security Programme, demonstrating a strong commitment to enhancing military operations and community engagement.
