David OBrien

David O'Brien is currently the Director of IT Governance & Risk at Capita, a position held since 2021. Previously, they served as Director of Risk & Compliance at Capita from 2017 to 2021 and held various leadership roles in risk management at Tube Lines and Transport for London. O'Brien began their career as an accountant at British Rail and later became Finance Director at Jarvis Construction. They have an MBA from The Open University and certifications in risk management from the Institute of Risk Management.
