Debra Devonshire

Debra Devonshire is a proactive and enthusiastic HR professional with over 25 years of HR experience across various sectors, including outsourcing, aerospace, and local government. Having worked in roles such as Employee Relations Specialist at Rolls-Royce and HR Advisor at Derbyshire Fire and Rescue Service, Debra has developed significant expertise in resolving complex employee relations issues and leading HR transformation projects. Currently, Debra serves as an HR Partner in Capita's Strategic Transactions Team, where they deliver support for complex sales and rebids while coaching operational colleagues. Debra is also pursuing a degree in Human Resources Management and Services at The Nottingham Trent University and has achieved accreditation as a Coaching Professional.
